Yes, photography is allowed and encouraged! We just ask that you don't use flash photography near the animals as it can startle them. We also request that you respect any areas where photography may be restricted for animal welfare reasons.

Yes, we have a cafe that serves refreshments, snacks, and light meals. All our food options use locally-sourced ingredients where possible. You're also welcome to bring your own food for a picnic in our designated areas.

For the health and safety of our animals, visitors are not allowed to feed them outside of our supervised feeding experiences. Our animals follow carefully planned diets, and unplanned feeding can cause health issues. If you're interested in feeding experiences, please book one of our specialized tours where you can participate in feeding under the guidance of our staff.
